CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: Ecologies & Cosmologies

We are looking for volunteer gallery attendants for the upcoming exhibition Ecologies & Cosmologies.
About the event:
Ecologies & Cosmologies is this year’s annual themed commission programming; it is a multi-site exhibition that will take place from August 6th to August 31st across different venues in Toronto.
We are delighted to have selected artists: Jenna Reid & Cassandra Myers, Sarah Holloway, Lena Phillips, Laura Margaret Ramsey, Shonee, Maria Simmons, and Sidi Chen participating in this event.
This year’s open call invites project proposals that explore and critique different forms of interdependency, networks of life, and destabilize fixed entities/identities/borders through technological, ecological or cosmological metaphors.
Dates / Schedule for availability/ Locations:
Lakeshore Arts (Etobicoke): Tuesday-Saturday 12-6 pm
SpaceMakerII: Tuesday-Friday 12-6 pm
Critical Distance (401 Richmond): Tuesdays 12-6 pm
Compensation for Volunteers:
- Free producing membership to Trinity Square Video (valued at $150, valid for 1 year)
- $16/hour TSV credit according to your volunteer hours in sum, the credit can be used for gear rental, post-production tools and educational workshops at Trinity Square Video.
