Dear Artists and Collectives,

We’re excited to announce that Trinity Square Video is a designated recommender for the 2024-2025 Ontario Arts Council’s (OAC) Exhibition Assistance program. This program is designed to support Ontario-based artists and artist collectives working in visual arts, craft, and media art practices, helping them present their work in confirmed public exhibitions.

This program operates through third-party recommenders. Artists apply via NOVA, OAC’s online grant application system, to galleries and organizations selected as recommenders. These recommenders review the applications and submit their grant recommendations to OAC.

At Trinity Square Video, we assess applications based on eligibility for the grant and the following priorities:

Expanding Artistic Mediums: While our expertise lies in video, media, and digital arts, we strongly encourage submissions from those exploring and challenging the boundaries of other artistic formats.

Supporting New Works: We are committed to nurturing the presentation of fresh, innovative work by artists.

Engaging Underrepresented Voices: We prioritize projects that promote meaningful engagement with underrepresented communities.
