Effective colour grading is an essential part of the post-production pipeline. Learn more about the new technology of digital colour correction: this allows you to improve your video in subtle ways that will attract and interest more viewers. Colour Correcting your video will help you tell your story or create your project more effectively. In this hands-on workshop, learn to use additional tools for colour grading with DaVinci Resolve.
You will learn how to better organize your clips, understand LUTS (Look Up Tables) and basic techniques for secondary corrections and tools, changing colours in each area of the frame such as: power windows, curves, key framing, and many more tools. Next learn how to better plan your shots for colour correction. Students are encouraged to bring their own videos to work on a 3.0 USB external hard drive.
