Get an overview of Photoshop’s main interface and see what you can do working with just one image, two layers and some of Photoshop’s Selection tools. This will lead us to Part 2 where we’ll see how to build a digital collage using multiple images in Photoshop’s layer panel. Have your own collection of images ready to work with and follow along. In addition to live demonstrations, You will receive access to a number of tutorial videos created to help you get started.

Janice Schulman is an independent animator based in Toronto. Her films include: The Ultra Violets, Nice Jewish Boys and Doodle du Jour. Using a combination of traditional and digital techniques, Janice’s work touches on themes of love, sex, transformation and travel. A graduate of Concordia University’s Animation program and U of T’s Digital Media Studios, she has been teaching Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Animate for OCADU’s department of Continuing Studies since 2016. http://www.janimated.com
